My live earnings look wrong

Check the active job, hourly rate and effective date, shift start time and whether an unpaid break is active. HourMint calculates active work from saved timestamps rather than relying on a background running timer.

I closed the app during a shift

HourMint is designed to reconstruct an active shift from saved timestamps when you reopen it. If recovery is incorrect, include your app version, platform and the steps that led to the problem.

My payday forecast differs from my payslip

HourMint shows gross estimates from the rates, shifts and payday rules you enter. It does not calculate tax, bonuses, tips, overtime premiums or employer payroll adjustments unless a feature explicitly says otherwise. Your employer and payslip remain authoritative.

Restore HourMint Pro

Open HourMint Pro and choose Restore purchases. Restoration depends on the Apple App Store or Google Play account that owns the purchase and the store/RevenueCat entitlement state.

Restoring Pro does not restore locally stored shift/pay history that has been deleted.

Changed or lost device

HourMint V1 is local-first and does not provide HourMint cloud backup or account sync for work/pay records. Losing a device, clearing app storage or uninstalling may therefore remove local HourMint data.

Sending a support report

1. Open Settings → Support.
2. Choose the relevant category.
3. Describe what happened.
4. Optionally include technical shift metadata when offered.
5. Open the native share options.
6. Send the report to support@hourmint.app.

Useful details include device model, iOS/Android version, HourMint version, what you expected, what happened and the steps immediately before the issue.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full payment-card details.

Purchase issues

Apple or Google controls store payment methods, transactions and refunds. For an HourMint entitlement issue, tell us the app version, platform, whether Restore purchases was tried and whether the purchase appears in your Apple/Google purchase history.
